The Sun, I love

I am generally in love with the sun and hot days. Sunny hot days on one hand distract me from work and makes me want to be outside, on the other hand it boots my energy to rock & roll. I have always been against all the sayings about skin cancer being under the sun. I believe, since I am in LOVE with the SUN, it wont hurt me back. I have read a lot of articles on the studies that have been conducted on skin exposed to sun. Personally, I think they should spend some research on the effect of the sun blocks on human skin too. How do we know the sun-blockers don't hurt us?

The best way to absorb vitamin D (or sunshine vitamin) is by exposing yourself to the sun. Vitamin D has tons of benefits, with research I found: 1) It improves muscle functioning; 2) It has clear impact on our moods and also blunts and controls our appetite and improve fat-loss efforts; 3) Sunshine vitamin helps us feel better and breath easier 4) It lowers the insulin level, improves serotonin level and immune system; 5) Lowers blood pressure.

I think being moderate is the way to go! Not too much sun block with a little exposure to the sun, hah? At least take sometime to enjoy sunny days of summer. BUT, it has been cold, gloomy and rainy for the past few days here in Toronto! I really want to know what is going on with the temperature? We used to have regular hot and humid days in town. For god sakes, it is July and we need the sun and heat! Bring the sun back to us! We all love it!

If this trend continues, we will definitely consider moving to a hot country after my studies! What do you think?
