My Travel to East Coast Canada - Part 2
Halifax, NS (21st August, 2014):
Our journey continued to the east when we travelled through the beautiful New Brunswick into Nova Scotia. We left a little late in day, it was semi-cloudy, hot day. Road was pretty and calm.

We were going to a family friend house for the stay, they have two wonderful kids. It was a very long ride and everyone was exhausted.
We explored downtown Halifax and met our friend, Goldis the next day. She took us around. Thank you Goldis joon! After downtown, we drove another 20 minutes to the beautiful Peggy's Cove.
Peggy's Cove, NS (22nd August, 2014):
It is one of the most beautiful place in the whole trip. It was a combination of peace and beauty. You really need to spend a whole day here taking photos, looking at the sky and ocean (Atlantic) and sitting on the rocks just dreaming. We happen to be there in such a calm, no wind and no sun day. The sky was absolutely beautiful. The photo I uploaded on Instagram from here was featured on one of the 'Canada Travel' Instagram page (I'll share it here too). I can't express my feeling for this place. You should see it by yourself.
The somewhat bluish grey ocean, white clouds, the red lighthouse and the uneven rocks will stick to my mind for a while. Spending couple of hours of our afternoon, my friend suggested that we take a ocean road to a close by city called: Lunenburg. On the way to Lunenburg we had a stop on the beautiful city of Mahone for soup and coffee at Tim Hortons.
Lunenberg, NS (22nd August, 2014):
It is a small town and home of Bluenose (famous ship) on Mahone Bay. The city has colourful, historic and has cool civic design. Although, by the time we got to town was about 8pm there were tons of people in the restaurants and patios eating and drinking, it is pretty amazing for a small town.
We drove 20 minutes back to our friends home to eat, mingle and sleep. We had another 3 hours drive next day to Prince Edward Island.
It was a mix of seeing friends and visiting cities. I hope, I have explained well enough to you the beauties we saw in Nova Scotia.
With Love,
Elnaz
