Holiday Monday: Cooking for In-laws
I came to Dublin, Ohio for the Canadian civic holiday. It has been a back-to-back warm day and I promised I will cook today. I swim in between preparing and cooking the food in our out-door swimming pool.
I bought a fish called: 'mahi mahi' and dressed it with: green onions, garlic, onions, salt, pepper and olive oil. I broiled the fish in high temperature for about 25 minutes.
In another pot, I put zucchini, asparagus and green onions dressed with salt, garlic powder and lime juice.

I fried mixed sweet and regular potatoes.
We had it salad and italian olives. Here is the final dish:
How did you enjoy your holiday? Did you do or cook anything exciting?
