Mindfulness gym

Hello Beautiful friends,

Today we dig deep into the mind and thoughts relationship.

Mindfulness, the first step to feeling safe and relax, comes with meditation practice. There are many kinds of meditation practices but the basic and simple one is just to sit with a good posture and breath. The juicy part, however, is to observe/notice what happens, with no judging, no story or even clearing your mind; just be there.

Cultivating the relationship with yourself is the 'real work', sitting by yourself and noticing is the 'real work'. We need to strengthen our noticing muscle by going to the mindfulness gym. Your thoughts happen by themselves; its an invitation you can RSVP or not. There is no weight to any of the thoughts that comes up from our mind; its the mind job to tell a story about everything it notices cause this is how we can survive. We are used to categorizing things, finding meaning to things that happens around us and since we have not trained the mind and we live in this world of MEDIA, we are guided to think in a certain way. This is the reason why we, as entrepreneurs, have created this anxiety, comparison in our daily activities.

With meditation practice we are not actually the thinker but the 'noticer', we slow down our thinking and we get in to our body to install the thoughts, believes we want in there, reprogramming everything! SO lets make mindfulness and meditation practice our daily routine. Start with 5 minutes a day.

See you there,
With Love,
Ellie
