Searching for happiness? Don't we all seek it? Look no further, its right here!
Why do we always search it elsewhere? Aren't we just fulfilled, when you call our parents, our siblings, or our best friend? Isn't just enjoyable when you walk under the sun with a breeze on your face? Why don't we find pleasure in sound of the ocean waves? Happiness is only when you have tons of money in your account?
You are the only one who has the power to bring happiness into your heart. If you think its impossible, maybe try this strategy: Just sit down with yourself all alone, with a piece of paper, use your very own judgment, experience, feelings, and imaginations to jot down anything that makes you happy, laugh. joyful. Fold the paper and put it in your purse or anywhere that is easily accessible. Refer to the paper sad or happy, add or remove items from the list. This will build the vision in you to be happy, satisfied, GRATEFUL. Day by day you be happier and happier.
